House Rules
Maximum Occupancy: A maximum of 6 adults and 3 children are permitted on the property at any time, in accordance with residential community rules.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM every day. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Wet Furniture: Please do not sit on indoor furniture while wet. Dry off before entering the house.
Poolside Dishes: Please do not take glass dishes or glassware outside. Use only the plastic dishes provided for outdoor use.
Pool Safety & Maintenance: Please rinse off before entering the pool to help keep the water clean and protect the pool filtration system.
Beach Towels: Please use the beach towels provided in the basket in the kitchen for the pool. The beige towels are for shower use only.
Checkout – Beach Towels: Please leave used beach towels on the floor beside the kitchen basket when checking out.
